About Us

  • Established since 2001

Welcome to Driftwood Contemporary,  we are based in two beautiful UK locations: St Ives and Padstow.

Our group of Driftwood Galleries began in the Victorian town of Ilfracombe over 20 years ago. The Directors Neil and Carol left their careers in education in Oxford to follow their passion of art and combined this with living by the sea within the rugged North Devon coastline they loved so much.

Since 2001 Driftwood Contemporary has developed a reputation for sourcing emerging artists to go alongside the established and famous artists within the portfolio by working directly with artists, publishers and studios.

As family business, we hold attention to detail, transparency, and the personal touch true to our heart. We are passionate about helping you find the right artwork for you and your home making the whole experience of developing your collection a truly memorable one!

We look forward to meeting you and sharing the experience together...
